Castle Minerals listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in May 2006 (ASX code 'CDT').
It is one of the largest tenure holders in Ghana, West Africa, a country with a long history of gold mining and exploration. Its ~9,000km² licence holdings host several mineral resources. All licences are highly prospective for gold and, whilst resources have been delineated, all are considered at an early stage of evaluation.
In October 2017, Castle announced it had secured the rights to Tenements in the Pilbara of Western Australia, which are prospective for gold.
