Andrew Grove
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Grove is a qualified geologist with over 35+ years’ corporate, management, technical and finance experience, including extensive experience across West Africa.
He was most recently Managing Director & CEO of Aura Energy, stewarding progress at the Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania, previously served as Managing Director & CEO of Chesser Resources where he led the advancement of the Diamba Sud Gold Project in Senegal through to a successful corporate transaction, and also served as Group General Manager Business Development and Investor Relations at Perseus Mining focusing on developing opportunities in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and throughout Africa.
Earlier in his career he was a Division Director in Macquarie Bank’s in mining finance and risk management divisions for 14 years and has held numerous technical roles.
He currently serves as a Non Executive Director of Zenith Minerals.
Mr Grove holds BEng (Minerals Exploration & Mining Geology) from the WA School of Mines, a Master degree in Mineral Economics from Macquarie University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Steven Zaninovich
Managing Director
Mr Zaninovich is a qualified engineer and mining executive. He has over 25 years in mining project development and operations across West Africa and extensive expertise in gold, base metals and lithium. He brings valuable skills and regional knowledge to advance the Côte d’Ivoire gold projects and Castle’s flagship gold projects in Ghana.
He is currently Director of Operations for Kodal Minerals plc where he is responsible for the delivery of the Bougouni Lithium Project. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE).
Mr Zaninovich was previously Project Director for Lycopodium Minerals at the Akyem Gold Project in Ghana and served as Chief Operating Officer with Gryphon Minerals before assuming the role of Vice President of Major Projects and becoming part of the Executive Management Team at Teranga Gold Corporation following its acquisition of Gryphon.

Matthew Horgan
Non-Executive Director
Mr Horgan is a high-performing mining executive who has worked across a variety of functional areas including technical (chemical engineering), marketing, commercial, investor relations, project development, and corporate development/M&A. In particular, he has recent and direct experience in the technical and commercial project development of African domiciled mineral assets.
Currently Vice President - Corporate Development of Bannerman Energy Limited, he previously held the role of Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at ASX-listed Tanzanian rare earths developer, Peak Rare Earths (ASX:PEK) and Senior Associate at leading boutique investment bank, Azure Capital.
Mr Horgan’s early career spanned approximately 10 years with global aluminium major, Alcoa (NYSE:AA). There he held various roles including Manager, Global Corporate Development and Business Development and Commercial and Marketing Specialist.
Mr Horgan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Canterbury University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mohamed Niaré
In-Country Project and Business Development Manager – West Africa
Mr Niaré is highly regarded in the West African mining sector. He is a Malian national with over 25 years of experience in the mining industries of Mali and Côte d’Ivoire and has held senior administrative and management roles with several notable West African mining companies including Randgold, Newmont, Resolute and more recently African Gold (ASX: A1G) and Many Peaks (ASX: MPK).
He has extensive regional knowledge and experience which has been instrumental in the development and operational progress of a number of the projects he has been associated with.
He is presently Country Manager for Kodal Minerals in Mali and Cote d’Ivoire.

Jade Styants
Company Secretary
Ms Styants is a highly experienced corporate governance and finance professional with more than 25 years advising Australian and international listed and private companies across diverse industry sectors.
A Fellow Chartered Secretary and Chartered Accountant, she brings deep expertise in corporate governance, financial management, capital markets and regulatory compliance. Her experience spans IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, cross-border transactions and ongoing ASX reporting obligations.
Ms Styants works closely with the Castle board and executive teams to support sustainable growth, strengthen governance frameworks and deliver disciplined financial oversight in complex operating environments.
