Stephen Stone BSc (Hons) Mining Geology, MAusIMM, FAICD
Executive Chairman
Mr Stone graduated with honours in Mining Geology from University of Wales, Cardiff and has since gained considerable operating, project evaluation, executive management and corporate development experience in the international mining and exploration industry.
Now based in Perth, he has lived and worked in Africa for many years and was more recently MD of Castle neighbour, Azumah Resources Ltd, where he led the discovery of a 2.5Moz gold resource and 1.2Moz Ore Reserve at the Wa Gold Project.
Mr Stone is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

James Guy BAppSc, GradDipApplFin
Non Executive Director
Mr Guy is a geologist with more than 30 years of technical experience in the mining industry, both locally and internationally, with extensive experience in exploration, project feasibility and mining operations.
Mr Guy has previously held senior executive positions with several ASX listed junior resources companies and with banking group, NR Rothschild & Sons. He is currently principal of James Guy & Associates Pty Ltd.

Matthew Horgan
Non Executive Director
Mr Horgan has 13 years’ experience working within major and junior resource companies across a variety of commodities with roles spanning engineering, marketing, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. He is presently Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Perth-based, Tanzania-focused Peak Rare Earths Limited.
Mr Horgan was previously part of the metals and mining team at corporate advisory firm Azure Capital (now part of the Natixis network) where he was a Senior Associate, and prior to that spent nine years at Alcoa where he held a number of roles including Manager of Global Corporate Development and Commercial and Marketing Specialist for Alcoa’s bauxite division.
Mr Horgan holds an honours degree (first-class) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia where he graduated as a Tracey Horton Scholar. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
